Description of the trail 

The starting point for this trail is at the channel "Sharski Vodi", which leads to a wide unpaved road that starts between the villages Negotino and Senokos. On the channel, at an altitude of 1350 m, there is a water catchment that collects the water of the Mzdracha River and enters it into the channel. There is a building structure here and the trail to the peak starts from this point. The direction of movement is to west. The first 300 meters of the trail are going through a forest belt, crossing into a pasture area, from where the trail to the peak Golema Vraca starts and goes along the southeast ridge of the slope of Shar Mountain. It is a steep climb with attractive views over the other parts of Shara. The descent is on the southern ridge up to the saddle towards Mala Vraca or along the same trail.

Panoramas and landscapes

When climbing the peak, the view is to the south and to the east on the nearby peaks of Shar Mountain (Rudoka, Borislavec, Bugarski Kolibi) and the valley of the Mzdraca River. Below the peak, the Shutman Plateau opens and the we have a view of the Pashtrik and Koritnik mountains up to Prokletije in the west and Korab to the southwest.

• Local road Tetovo – Village of Negotino, 14 km
• Unpaved road Village of Negotino – Water reservoir, Mzdracha (Sharski Vode), 20 km
• Next to the water reservoir there is a possibility for parking of several terrain vehicles.
